Once in a taxi
How to write headlines that actually work?
-ағай, асыл арман 200
-ой, күнде 300 ге жүреміз
-қымбат, студентпын
-Отыр!

And so our short but very sincere dialogue began.
Are you a student at sdu studying? The taxi driver continued to ask me, looking 60 years old.
I nodded my head, I ask if you often take students for 200?
He says no.

Previously, I could easily bring it even for free. And now the time is like this, it does not allow it to be. And how to allow someone to bring it for free if one bread costs 160 tenge? You ask why it is getting more expensive, they answer "the dollar has risen in price" as if flour is brought from America, ******. Now is the time when people should be united and help each other, the war is going on in neighboring countries, but no, now it seems to me there are no such kind people. They got sick in quarantine, I buried almost all my friends, because of the lack of a breathing apparatus. They say a modern state with all the conditions, but the condition is not enough. I'm not saying no, but they're not enough. As long as a person goes to the PSC with his feet, Kazakhstan will stand still. Why go and create traffic jams if you can do everything via the Internet. Why go to pay if you can do everything through banks while sitting at home. Plastic bottles are used when it's high time to switch to eco.
- do you use ivf yourself?
- *points to his thermos bottle*
Not really eco, but I want to help nature, at least I'm trying not to spoil or harm it. I don't use plastic, I use a thermos that my daughter gave me, God rest her soul. She died during the coronavirus. She taught me not to use plastic surgery and not to harm nature and the country. She was a patriot and died in such a shoddy country. It's probably true that the sky takes only the best.

- May the earth rest in peace, I'm sorry. It's a pity. Yes, and good people are needed on earth and they are needed in heaven too.

- Anyway, I don't want to leave my native country, whatever it is. Here is my story, my birth, my relatives, my family, I want to die here.

- you can stop behind the bridge. I like this love for the motherland in you, now young people are not like that at all, they want to leave Kazakhstan at the first opportunity.

- and you?
- no. We need to improve our country, our state. I was born for this, this is my mission.

- for your patriotism, I drove you for free. You don't have to pay, and take care of yourself!
- thank you very much, and you take care of yourself.

Global warming: more than 50 polar bears can neither eat nor go to sea.
Too warm weather in Chukotka has led to the fact that 56 polar bears can not leave the vicinity of the village Ryrkaypiy, according to the world wildlife Fund (WWF) of Russia.

The head of the program noted "Bear patrol" in the town Tatiana Minenko. Almost all bears are thin, " among them; there are both adults and young animals, there are females with cubs of different ages."
Inspectors patrol the village, are on duty near the kindergarten and school to prevent the meeting of people and bears. All public events have been cancelled, the administration and volunteers are involved in resolving the situation.

As it is noted in the message, in the area of Cape Kozhevnikov unusually warm weather for the beginning of December was established. Because of this, the bears can not leave the vicinity of the village on the ice, which is not yet strong enough.

"If the ice had been strong enough, the bears, or at least some of them, would have gone to sea, where they could have hunted a seal or a sea hare. In the meantime, they would seek food along the shore. In villages bears, too, like go — watch, as people live, and in search of food. Therefore, the issue of waste management, especially with food, is acute. Situations like this are becoming the norm. So we need to adapt to this so that neither people nor bears suffer, " explained Mikhail Stishov, WWF Russia project coordinator for the conservation of Arctic biodiversity.

Kazakhstan
Kazakhstan has reduced the level of education
OECD adjusts the PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment) rating, which determines the level of education in secondary schools, every three years. The organization in 79 countries of the world organizes special tests for students, conducts educational, mathematical and natural science checks. The PISA test involves 15-year-olds with secondary and higher education. The purpose of the analysis is to determine the level of use of the acquired knowledge in life, the ability to critical thinking.
The PISA rating is included in the state strategy of Kazakhstan for 2025. That is, the authorities intend to improve the situation in this rating.

In the PISA ranking of 2018, Kazakhstan scored 423 points (53rd place) in mathematics, 387 points in reading (69), in natural science 397 points (68). That's down from three years ago.
Thus, Kazakhstan in the PISA ranking of 2015 scored 460 points in mathematics (42), 427 points in reading (53), 456 points in science (42).

The head of the public Association "teacher status" Meirzhan Temirbek, who teaches a school in one of the villages of the East Kazakhstan region, believes that it is necessary to streamline the material base of schools to improve the rating indicators.
- The education sector has not seen reform. First, children used to try to read for the price. Now formative assessment. The price for each day is not taken into account. Only at the end of the quarter is there a total estimate. This decision affected the motivation of children to learn. It's one. Secondly, it is necessary to improve the material base of schools. In some schools, the Internet is terrible. There are only one or two sources of Internet. They Give to students home tasks. In the task is " ViDi from the Internet." If the Internet is terrible, watching videos is difficult, " he says.

According to Aimagambetov, Nazarbayev Intellectual school, which took part in the testing of PISA (a network of schools for gifted children, opened in 2008 by order of the former President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.) high educational index of students. Now the Ministry of education and science plans to transfer all schools of the country to the Nazarbayev school system. And Omir Shynybekovich believes that the country's secondary schools are not ready for the transition to the Nazarbayev school education system.
- Now the program of Nazarbayev Intellectual schools is forcibly introduced into ordinary schools of the country. But funding for a normal school and a Nazarbayev school based on land and land. Majilis Deputy Irina Smirnova in an interview with" Time " reported that one child in Nazarbayev school would be allocated 200 thousand tenge per month, and a student in a typical school - 17 thousand tenge. In schools where there is no equal with finances and bases, it is difficult to take the program of Nazarbayev school, - he said.
Minister of education and science Aimagambetov noted that the PISA test remains vital for Kazakhstan, and in the future work will continue to improve the situation in the rating.

First, it should be borne in mind that during the testing there was no opportunity to return to the questions. Students come back to difficult questions after repeating or reviewing their answers. Here, compared to the paper version, it can not do. According to the results of PISA 2015, students from 57 countries took the test on a computer for the first time and showed a decrease in scores from many countries. Secondly, the changes in our education system, which can improve the results in the PISA ranking, have not yet affected 15-year-olds, as those who took the test-have not switched to the updated content of education. We can see the impact of the updated programs in the PISA-2021 rating, and most likely in the PISA-2024 rating. Third, pupils of 9th grades (44%) and 10th grades (53.4%) from Kazakhstan took part in PISA testing. In other countries, this test was passed by 10th grade students in many countries, as the age of admission to the school was clearly approved

Since 2012, teachers have conducted level courses on Cambridge technology. A lot of money went. In 2016, this Cambridge system dropped and implemented a three-language teaching system in the school. They began to send teachers to English courses. Then it delivered and became an updated program. Now teachers forgot what they knew. In addition, a qualification test was taken to test teachers. Now in school teachers trek for salary. Many people want to leave school when they find a way. Improvement of the situation in the field of education for a particular system is necessary.
